The statement says that university students can learn more effectively when two of more teachers are assigned to each class.
This is a fairly new approach that some universities are trying out in an effort to improve the overall learning experience of students.
Personally, I agree with the statement, because I think having multiple teachers per class provides a more varied and engaging experience.
Not only do students get different viewpoints on complicated topics, but they have access to more teachers who can provide advice and assistance whenever they need help.
